The new SME Units are part of Phase 1 of the GSE owned, Waterbrook Park development.

The new contemporary looking SME units will provide local businesses opportunity to expand into larger premises, or equally will allow for businesses looking to relocate to Ashford, Kent due to the strong transport links surrounding it, an opportunity to do so.

The 4,800m2 of industrial units were constructed on a brownfield site, requiring extensive remediation and the use of vibro-piling ground solutions. Notwithstanding this, the properties were delivered by GSE at a very competitive rate.
