Health & Safety

We monitor performance and compliance with our Health & Safety systems on our sites through an internal inspection regime carried out by our HSEQ Manager, James Tutt.

We are delighted to introduce you to our Health & Manager, James Tutt.

James has a wealth of knowledge and has over 25 years HSE experience in Petrochemicals, Refineries, Power Plants, Commercial and Industrial projects, Oil and Gas, and Open-cast Mining.

For over 15 of the last 25 years James has been working on International Mega Projects in
Madagascar, Mozambique, Iraq, UAE, and Oman.

James is NEBOSH IGC certified and an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.

As a family-owned and run company, we believe that our employees are our greatest assets and therefore cannot over emphasise our continuous commitment to ensure their health, safety and wellbeing at work.

The company has made a commitment to continuously update the skills of our workforce through training, supervision and the nurturing of young talent. One of the ways in which we commit to this, is through offering apprenticeships. One avenue by which we do this is through an agreement with Wates, whereby each time we obtain a project through them we take on an Apprenticeship and support their college education.

We remain steadfast in our drive towards the achievement of zero accidents and incidents, employee ownership and participation in safety schemes, and the realisation of personal responsibility with regard to safety at work. A reflection of our commitment to Health & Safety is that we have been subject to no HSE enforcement actions, prosecutions or fines. We are also very proud of our CQMS Safety Scheme accreditation.
