This award-winning truckstop has been developed by GSE Group and is recognised as an important part of Kent’s support for the freight industry.
Work is under way on doubling the facility making this the largest truckstop in Europe, enabling it to provide secure 24/7 parking for 600 HGVs close to junction 10 of the M20 in Kent. The new truck stop will offer a restaurant, shops, showers, toilets and rest areas.
The expansion is essential as the current truckstop is at its highest ever occupancy rate, operating at 97% capacity and having to turn away around 600 HGVs a week.

GSE Building & Civil Engineering Ltd carried out all associated foundations, drainage and services from start to completion, which was a period of 72 weeks. We also formed a swimming pool 25 metres long and that holds 630,000 litres of water!
