Our most recent consent features 400 residential dwellings, EV charging for the largest truckstop in Europe, a community centre at the heart, 8.9Ha of business and retail space, and a supermarket.

Proudly, the scheme also features a substantial wetland and “linear park” at its heart to tackle nutrient neutrality, along with hugely significant highways and junction improvements to allow access. The entire site has benefitted from a land raising solution to improve drainage, and we are currently exploring further biodiversity opportunities to aid other sites in the district.
