Recognising that the combined skills of GSE Group presented an opportunity to develop projects in our own right, the directors set up GSE Property Group to utilise the skills, experience and equipment that exists within GSE Group.
Undertaking projects in our own right enables GSE Group teams to fully understand what it’s like to sit on the other side of the development fence as a customer, further honing our collective skills and focusing on service.
Led by Darrell Healey, GSE Property Group acquired a number of sites across Kent, including Waterbrook near Junction 10 of the M20, the iconic Hythe Imperial hotel overlooking the English Channel at Hythe, near Folkestone and the Marquis of Granby, a boutique hotel and restaurant near Dover.
